Here is one of our favorite recipes that works great in the Kona Cooker. Visit our message forum to chat with other Kona Cooker users and share recipes. You could see your own recipe featured here to share with others.
This recipe has been a favorite with our family and works great even with fish and shrimp. If you cook the sauce itself, either in your Kona Cooker or on the stovetop, it keeps quite well in the refrigerator to be used as needed. I like it with a little more Tabasco than in the recipe, it needs to have a little bit of a bite to it. |
